The MAboule festival is one of the rare events dedicated to the art of contemporary puppetry in Belgium. It is co-organized by TOF Théâtre and Le MONTY, co-financed by the city of Genappe, supported by par les Tournées Art & Vie, Wallonie-Bruxelles International and the National Lottery. As of this year, the Ministry of Culture of Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (service de la Création Artistique – Arts Vivants) has granted additional funds for programming support.
The Festival is part of the « Genappe perd la boule » festivities organized by the City of Genappe, coordinated by the alderman of Culture, in collaboration with the TOF Théâtre, the Genappe Festival Committee and the Genappe Cultural Center.
